Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ApplyTribe, an independent business based in India ("ApplyTribe", "we", "us"). By signing up or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
1. What we do
ApplyTribe is a job search assistance service. For the plan you choose, we:
- find job openings that match the preferences you give us;
- prepare a tailored resume and cover letter for each job, based only on your real experience;
- apply on company career pages and by email, using a job-search email account that you own;
- rewrite your resume and your Naukri and LinkedIn profile content for you to approve;
- send you a list of Naukri and LinkedIn jobs to apply to yourself, and, on Premium, recruiter messages for you to send;
- record every application in a tracker you can see.
2. What we don't do
- We do not guarantee a job, an interview or any reply from employers. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.
- We are not a placement agency. We do not act for any employer and we never charge a fee when you are hired.
- We never ask for your Naukri or LinkedIn password, and we never log in to those accounts.
- We never add skills, experience, qualifications or employers you do not have.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us true and complete information about your experience, education, salary and notice period, and tell us when anything changes.
- Review and approve your rewritten resume and profile before we use them.
- Create and own the job-search email account, keep its recovery phone number in your name, and share access with us only through the method we agree on.
- Attend interviews you accept, and tell us if you are hired or pause your search.
- Make sure you are allowed to look for another job under your current employment terms.
4. Plans and payment
- Prices are shown on our website. You pay in advance through PhonePe, by UPI or another method shown when you pay.
- The fit check is free. You choose a plan only after we have approved your profile.
- The trial day costs ₹100, paid in advance, and covers tailored applications on 1 working day (15 for professionals, 8 for freshers). After it you choose whether to upgrade to a monthly plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Monthly plans run for 30 days from the date we start applications, and renew only when you pay for the next month.
- The daily application count is for working days (Monday to Friday). If fewer suitable jobs exist on a day, we tell you and add the shortfall on later days.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by WhatsApp or email. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Ending the service
We may stop the service, with a pro-rata refund of unused days, if you give false information, ask us to misrepresent you, or are abusive to our team. When the service ends, you should change the password of your job-search email. We delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your content
Your resume, profile and any documents we prepare for you belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to run your job search.
8. Limit of liability
We work carefully, but we are not responsible for decisions made by employers or job websites. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you on WhatsApp or email before any change that affects a plan you have already paid for.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; we aim to resolve every complaint within 15 days.
