Privacy Policy

ApplyTribe, an independent business based in India, handles your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp number, email, city.
- Career details: resume, job title, employer, experience, current and expected salary, notice period, target roles and cities, LinkedIn profile link.
- Job-search email access: access to the separate job-search email account you create for our service. We never ask for your personal or work email password, or your Naukri or LinkedIn password.
- Service records: jobs we applied to, resumes we sent, replies and interview calls.
- Payment records: amount, date and payment reference. Payments are processed by PhonePe; we never see your card, bank or UPI PIN details.
Why we use it
- To check whether we can help you, and to run your job search.
- To send your details to the employers you apply to.
- To send you updates on WhatsApp and email.
- To take payments, give refunds and meet tax and legal duties.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We may also share data where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website (applytribe.com) sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact any other company when you visit.
The client app (app.applytribe.com) uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. Because we use no optional cookies, we don't show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your permission first.
How long we keep it
- Your resume, profile and tracker: deleted within 30 days after your service ends, unless you ask us to keep them in case you return.
- Access to your job-search email: removed on the day the service ends. Please also change its password.
- Payment and invoice records: kept for as long as tax law requires.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the team members working on your search. Passwords are kept in a password manager and are not visible to them. We use two-step verification on our own accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent ends the service, with a refund as per our Refund Policy. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Contact our Grievance Officer below. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our service is only for people aged 18 and above.
