Client Consent Form

Signed on the onboarding call, before we start applying.

This form explains exactly what ApplyTribe will access and do on your behalf. Please read it, then sign and send a photo on WhatsApp, or reply "I agree" by email.

1. I give ApplyTribe permission to

• Use my resume and the details I gave to find and apply to jobs that match my preferences.
• Prepare tailored resumes, cover letters and answers using only my real experience.
• Access my job-search email account [JOB-SEARCH EMAIL] to send applications, create accounts on company career pages, and read replies.
• Use AI tools to draft these documents, with a person checking every application.
• Send me updates and job lists on WhatsApp at [WHATSAPP NUMBER].

2. ApplyTribe will never

• Ask for or use my Naukri, LinkedIn, personal email or work email passwords.
• Add skills, experience or qualifications I don't have.
• Apply to companies I asked to avoid, or below my minimum salary of ₹[AMOUNT] lakh per year.
• Pay anyone on my behalf, or share my data with anyone except the employers I apply to and the service providers named in the Privacy Policy.
• Charge me any fee when I get hired.

3. I understand that

• ApplyTribe does not guarantee a job or interviews.
• The job-search email is mine. Its recovery phone number stays mine, and I will change its password when the service ends.
• I must tell ApplyTribe if my details change or if I get hired.
• I can withdraw this consent at any time by WhatsApp or email. This ends the service, with a refund as per the Refund Policy.
